SFI Curious Minds Summer Courses

This year we have a varied selection of summer courses with partners including ESERO Ireland, MTU Blackrock Castle Observatory and The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI). We have four online asynchronous courses which are available from 1 July to 16 August 2024 and in partnership with the SEAI we have a face to face course from 1-5 July in Airfield Estate, Dundrum, Dublin 14.

All of our summer courses have been approved by the Department of Education and applicants who complete the course will be eligible for EPV days.

Curious Minds Taster Sessions for Individual Teachers

The SFI Curious Minds programme and the European Space Education Resource Office (ESERO Ireland) are offering a free workshop to individual teachers wishing to build their confidence in teaching STEM subjects. This webinar is a bite-sized introduction to our teacher CPD programme. We share how STEM can be accessibly taught to all primary school ages and be applied across a wide range of subjects in a practical, hands-on, enjoyable and interactive way. No prior science training or expensive equipment is required, just curious minds!​
